With on-going changes in the dynamic of the retail built environment in our City, we are surveying local retail businesses to determine the trading sentiment in our City’s retail portfolio. The overarching negativity in media is concerning as, anecdotally we are hearing of positive sales numbers and are always mindful of the potential harm in sending a negative message to visitors.
