Our story
Since its establishment in 1948, Kilkenny Chamber has been the voice of business at every meeting and event in which key decisions were being made about the future direction of Kilkenny Inc.
Over the years it has provided supports for businesses in the areas of Training, Networking, Trade Services, Lobbying and promoting Kilkenny as a great place in which to do business.
What we do
In recent times Kilkenny Chamber has been particularly prominent in its engagement with Yulefest, Kilkenny Age Friendly initiative, the #ShopKilkenny shop local campaign and the provision of targeted training to the Retail Sector aimed at combating the challenges from online shopping.
Some of the unique initiatives and events which simply would not happen without Kilkenny Chamber include the Kilkenny Business Awards, Kilkenny Chambers Corporate Golf Challenge in Mount Juliet, the Kilkenny Gift Voucher scheme, the Medieval Mile Pass and International Trade Development Services.
