Ireland’s Medieval Mile

Currently, due to Covid-19 restrictions, a small number of Kilkenny’s best attractions either have not re-opened or have limited access. For this reason, we are reducing the price of the Medieval Mile Pass to €29.00.

Did you know that you can buy a one day pass to all of Kilkenny’s major tourist attractions and beat the queues?  For the price of €39.00 you can gain admittance to over €100 worth of venues, from St. Canice’s Cathedral to Kilkenny Castle and everything in between.

Make the most of your visit to this wonderful medieval city in the heart of Ireland and buy your pass here. We can either mail your pass to you or alternatively we can arrange delivery to your place of accommodation or another suitable location for you to pick up, such as the Kilkenny Tourist Office at 79 High Street.

Our Medieval Mile Pass also provides discounts at some of our finest cafés and pubs, so that you can refresh yourselves as you discover all that Kilkenny has to offer.

You can buy your Passes here.

Ireland’s Medieval Mile Pass can also be purchased at Kilkenny Tourist Office, at St. Canice’s Cathedral or at the reception desk at MacDonagh Junction Shopping Centre.

Attractions included in the Pass are:

Chamber Update

For the duration of the Covid-19 crisis, Kilkenny Chamber staff will be working from home and will continue to provide our full range of services.

We will continue to lobby on behalf of businesses throughout this challenging time and are scheduled to have regular meetings with the Dept of the Taoiseach as the situation evolves.

Keep up to date with us on our website www.kilkennychamber.ie, or on our social media pages.

We are still working on your behalf and you can contact us on 056 7752767, or at admin@kilkennychamber.ie. We are thinking of all those businesses who have taken the difficult, but correct, decision to close their doors until further notice, and we look forward to supporting them all when they reopen.

We also encourage everyone to support those businesses which will remain open – in so far as is safe.

Thank you to all those front-line workers who are working hard to keep us all safe and well.
