Ellen Hanley’s journey into the world of holistic treatments began in 2006 when, as a stay-at-home mum, she started exploring various therapies and positive psychology.
Ellen worked at Cois Nore Cancer Support Centre, where she spent over three years offering oncology massage and cancer care reflexology.
In 2020, she completed a Licentiate in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture and then opened the Kilkenny Acupuncture Clinic in August 2023, based at Kilkenny Medical Centre, part of the Ayrfield Group on Wolfe Tone Street.
Through the combination of her experience in healthcare, foster care, and her studies in acupuncture, she feels well-equipped to offer holistic and compassionate treatments that prioritise the well-being of each individual.
