My name is Patrick Brennan and I own and run Patrick Joseph, based in Kilkenny city, Ireland. I have always had an interest in knives and Jewellery and the skill involved in making them. After having a major accident in 2010, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to up skill in the craft of knife making, as part of my rehabilitation.
I found my passion in craft and so my Journey began. It soon became apparent, that in order to make a fine knife, I had to train with some of the very best Knife makers and Blade smiths in the world.
I trained in USA and had the honour to learn my craft from the very best Master Knifemakers including living legend Gil Hibben and Wes Hibben, Master Bladesmiths Lin Rhea, Murray Carter and Tommy Gann.
